The rooftop has a fantastic view and there is a washing machine with washing gel available. The presence of coffee and milk is a nice touch, and the air-conditioning is excellent. The owner is very nice and resolves any problems promptly. The location is close to the old town but on a quiet street, and the terrace is a great place to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals.
Felt at home here, no complaints at all.

Great location, close to the beach and supermarkets. Terrace and clean bathroom are a plus. Helpful staff and easy self-check-in. Comfy Italian-themed balcony. Easy access from the train station. Apartment is well equipped with air conditioning. Breakfast includes sweet cakes, cereal, and milk.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. Right in the heart of the city, with plenty of bars, gelato places, and food shopping just a short walk away. Plus, the beach was only a 5-minute stroll from the hotel, perfect for quick dips in the sea. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was basic, but it filled us up for the day. The check-in and check-out process were hassle-free and flexible.
One downside was the small size of the shower cabin, which may be a bit cramped for some guests.

our stay at b&b le statuine was amazing! the location was perfect and the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. the neighborhood was nice and the apartment was clean. we loved the quirky spiral staircase and the private roof terrace. the hosts were very attentive and made sure everything was ok.

The apartment we stayed in at B&B Le Statuine was absolutely charming! With its cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. The bathroom was stocked with free toiletries, slippers, and a hairdryer, which was a nice touch.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the apartment a bit cold and uncomfortable. But hey, some people might actually enjoy that!
